The timeshare industry is a large and fascinating business, no matter how one looks at it, whether they are a consumer or a realtor working for an agency it's a growing business that offers an endless amount of enjoyment and growth. In the end investing in timeshares is often much safer than investing in vacation homes and it the market is much less volatile than the ever fluctuating house market. Real money is being made daily through the purchasing and selling of timeshares and with the proper research and a little bit of luck just about anyone can dive into the timeshare industry and carve out a career for themselves.

The industry offers a lot to onlookers that aren't willing to make a career out of it. The market is growing at a blistering speed which makes timeshares very appealing for a lot of different reasons. When buying a timeshare you are buying physical property for an extended period of time. This allows consumers to use their weeks as they wish and do anything at that resort that an actual owner may do. Not only that but they can lend their time to friends and family or even re-sell their time and rent it out to people without losing the rights to next year's time.
